TUBEFREEKS SHARE NEW SINGLE “FLOWER,” CO-WRITTEN WITH CLINT LOWERY OF SEVENDUST
Modern hard rock with post-grunge hooks and a fresh edge.
February 18, 2026 (Frederick, MD) // Hard rock band TubeFreeks have shared their newest single “Flower,” co-written with the one and only Clint Lowery of Sevendust, released alongside a brand new music video directed by nationally recognized filmmaker Tom Flynn. With a modern melodic heaviness, the track channels the hook-laden tension of peak post-grunge while staying true to the band’s current intensity and sharp, precise execution. “Flower” speaks directly to heavy rock fans, blending a familiar energy with a fresh, present-day edge that keeps it feeling urgent and current.
From the first note, “Flower” offers a sense of familiarity, yet it’s undeniably contemporary, never trapped in the past. The track carries a sense of forward motion, driven by complex drums and heavy rhythm guitar that create a restless energy throughout the verses. All the while, frontman Paul van Valkenburgh delivers a vocal performance that refuses to blend in, raw, distinct, and unmistakably his own.
