// ABOUT THE ARTIST

Headline: For more than two decades, Scot “Little” Bihlman has been blazing a trail across the American Rock highway, establishing himself as a versatile musician, singer, and songwriter – a tour veteran who has played alongside many of the great legends of Rock and Blues.  Born just outside of Chicago and raised in Northern Michigan, Scot, on drums/guitar/vocals, and his brother, Jeff “Jabo” Bihlman, on guitar/vocals, got their start opening for national acts. Together, The Bihlman Bros. (www.bihlmanbros.com), graduates of the Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles, carved their niche in the modern blues/rock genre and have become a dual force widely regarded not only for exceptional skill and artistry but also songwriting.

Produced by Grammy award-winning producer Jim Gaines, they quickly established a sought-after reputation as both players and bandleaders. In between tours showcasing Bihlman Bros. music, the brothers have crisscrossed the US and Europe backing, recording, and/or appearing with a multitude of national acts, including Trey Anastasio (phish), dUg Pinnick (King’s X), Ted Nugent, BB king, Pink, Ray Charles, Jonny Lang, Hank Williams Jr., ZZ Top, and Buddy Guy, among others.  Son Seals featured the Bihlmans with phish guitarist, Trey Anastasio, on his album “Lettin’ Go,” which earned the 2001 WC Handy Award.
