Prescription Songs Welcomes Producer, Songwriter, Mixer & Engineer Nico Stadi
Prescription Songs has announced that it has added Grammy-nominated producer, engineer, mixer, and songwriter Nico Stadi to its roster.

Leading independent publishing company Prescription Songs is thrilled to welcome Grammy-nominated producer, songwriter, mixer, and engineer Nico Stadi (Instagram here) to the roster of talented artists. Via a joint venture with fellow Rx producer Vaughn Oliver, Nico is being brought into the company by Prescription Songs A&Rs Andrea Doman and Rhea Pasricha.
Currently based in Los Angeles, Nico is making waves in the industry thanks to his collaborations with top-tier pop talents ranging from Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, Khalid, and Ne-Yo, to Sasha Alex Sloan and Kylie Minogue. As an artist, he has worked with dance music legend DJ A-Trak and rock icons Tom Morello and Gary Clark Jr, showcasing his versatility across genres. Most recently, Nico has worked alongside MNEK, Vaughn Oliver, GRADES, JBach, Savannah Jada, Essosa, and Blake Straus, among others.
Among his notable credits, Nico co-wrote and produced Khalid’s 2023 single “Softest Touch,” in addition to co-writing and producing “Children” and “Get Used To It” on Justin Bieber’s #1 album Purpose. Elsewhere, he co-wrote, produced, and mixed “Real Groove” and “Miss A Thing” on Kylie Minogue’s #1 UK album and #1 US Top Dance/Electronic album Disco. Nico had a top 10 U.S. Alternative Radio Hit with Neon Trees’ “Used To Like.” Additionally, he produces, co-writes and mixes all songs for RnB artist Sidibe.
Nico comments:
“I’m excited to join forces with the crème de la crème: aka the legends at Rx and my longtime friend, the man with the Power, the Tools, and the Golden Ears: Vaughn Oliver. Now we get to take the already—unhinged levels—of audio nerdification somewhere truly astronomical and combine that with a team that knows exactly how to harness it all.”
Fellow Prescription Songs signee Vaughn Oliver was pivotal in bringing Nico Stadi into the Prescription Songs family. Vaughn states:
“I’m beyond excited to welcome Nico to the Rx family. He’s a close friend and one of the most skilled and versatile producer/musicians I know.”
Prescription Songs A&R Andrea Doman adds:
“We’re so excited to start this next chapter with Grammy-nominated producer and songwriter Nico Stadi, our first signing in partnership with our multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated producer, Vaughn Oliver. Nico brings such a rich base of musical knowledge to his work, and we’re looking forward to building on those efforts and creating even more success with him as a team moving forward.”
