Independent music phenom Blacklite District is thrilled to announce a landmark agreement with Duetti (a leading music rights management company) to secure a $1.2 million deal for partnership in their extensive back catalogue. This deal marks a significant step forward in Blacklite District’s journey, helping them to reach new audiences all around the world, elevating their music, past and present.

Blacklite District, known for their unique blend of rock and pop, has garnered a loyal fanbase and amassed 1 billion streams and 1 million dollars in revenue. The band’s songs are charting all over the world – countries including Bahamas, Cameroon, Czech Republic, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Norway, Romania, Russia, St. Lucia, and St. Kitts, among others. With hundreds of millions of views on their content on YouTube, Blacklite District is poised for even greater success.

Duetti, a music financing platform, recently announced 114 million dollars in new funding. The company has raised over 235 million dollars in funding over the past two years and has partnered with over 500 artists across different genres and countries, providing them with financial options and marketing services.

CEO of Duetti Lior Tibon states:

“Blacklite District has carved out a truly one-of-a-kind space for themselves, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with them. Their sound resonates across diverse audiences and we’re excited to use our catalogue marketing services to connect their music with new fans around the world. This isn’t just a partnership —it’s an opportunity to help elevate a dynamic artist who’s constantly pushing boundaries. We look forward to working together.”

Singer, songwriter, and founder of Blacklite District Kyle Pfeiffer adds:

“We are beyond excited about this deal with Duetti. A partnership like this has been a long time coming, and the timing was right to really take this music to the next level. 2025 is a new chapter for Blacklite District, and we can’t wait to show you what we have coming next!”

Co-manager and longtime bassist Clinton Cunanan comments:

“People will see the headline and not the grind to get here. That makes it even sweeter. It’s been an unbelievable ride over the last decade watching Kyle go through so much growth professionally and personally, and to know all the struggles and victories fueled this moment. It’s going to be fun seeing how far it goes from this point with the new deal in place. When some said it could never happen, we said it could never NOT happen!”

Jamie Roberts of For The Win Media, Blacklite District’s other co-manager adds:

“Kyle has cracked the code. He truly knows his audience and he is ready and willing to super-serve them. This deal will facilitate that.”

Known for chart-topping hits like “Cold As Ice” and “With Me Now,” Blacklite District has consistently blended rock with elements of hip-hop and pop, captivating young audiences globally. Their unique connection with fans also extends into gaming culture, particularly through their collaboration with YouTube Minecraft creator, Rainimator. Their Minecraft music videos have garnered hundreds of millions of views.

This deal comes at a pivotal time as the band prepares for the 2025 version of their all-ages “RED CARPET TOUR,” where they showcase music from their latest album, YOU CAN DO BETTER, alongside fan favourites. The tour promises unforgettable experiences for fans, with VIP packages that include exclusive interactions with the band.

As Blacklite District embarks on this exciting new chapter with Duetti, the team looks forward to sharing the music with a broader audience and continuing to inspire through their art.
